Key data on adolescence 2013 new includes all the latest statistics on young people’s health, education, employment and demographics and examines trends over time. This latest edition focuses on the social determinants of health and includes new sections on mortality, accidents and deprivation.

A series of hubs bring together resources covering:

The school health hub new provides access to resources relating to the commissioning and delivery of health services for school children and young people and its associated good practice, including the new service offer for school nursing.

The substance use hub includes resources relating to trends in adolescent substance use, risk factors, prevention and intervention and long-term outcomes.

The teenage conceptions hub signposts resources relating to teenage conceptions, pregnancy and births.

The transitions to adulthood hub brings together resources and evidence relating to young people's transition process into the adult world.

The youth justice section is for those interested in the commissioning and delivery of services for children and young people (and their families) whose behaviour puts them in contact or at risk of contact with the youth justice system.
