  • Website Antimicrobial resistance - changing risk-related behaviours in the general population: draft guideline consultation

    NICE has published a new draft guideline to help change people’s behaviour to reduce antimicrobial resistance and stop the spread of resistant microbes. It includes recommendations for childcare settings and schools. The consultation on the draft guideline closes on 20th October 2015 at 5pm.

    NHS England and the Department for Education are inviting proposals from CCGs working with partners, to apply to become a pilot to improve joint working between school settings and child and adolescent mental health services (local NHS funded CAMHS). The deadline for expression of interest applications is 31 July 2015 at midnight.

  • Website Design and delivery of mental health training to lead roles in schools and CAMHs services

    The Department for Education and NHS England have launched a tender exercise to design and deliver training for mental health leads in schools and CAMH services. This training will be delivered as part of a pilot programme from September 2015 in 15 CCGs working jointly with CAMHS and around 10 schools per area. The deadline for tenders is 20th July 2015.
