ChiMat user survey 2012
In 2012 we conducted a user survey to find out how you are using ChiMat and how we can improve access to the information and evidence you need to do your work.
We received 485 responses, and we’d like to thank everyone who responded for taking the time to give us your feedback.
You told us that ChiMat is helping you keep up to date; saving you time looking for information; and helping you work more effectively. A number stated that ChiMat has provided them with evidence to support investment decisions.
We also asked questions about how ChiMat helps you identify opportunities for service improvement; assess and prioritise the needs of your population; monitor and report performance against indicators; and improve cost-effectiveness of services.
We received very useful information about the functionality and usability of our website – in particular the specific tools and knowledge hub themes that are available – as well as the regular ChiMat eBulletins and our local services.

The 2012 survey also revealed improvements in ratings from our 2010 survey results.
We will be using the feedback to build on our services over the coming months.
